1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and purchasing tickets for the North East Cup Playoffs 2024, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Event Details
- The event will be held from December 10-12, 2024 at Pragjyoti Cultural Complex, Guwahati.
- Entry to the venue is free for all attendees.
- Tickets purchased provide additional perks and benefits as described on the booking page.
- Management reserves the right to modify event schedule if required.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments, our authorized payment gateway partner.
- Payment will be collected by FutureForge Studios, our official partner company.
- The company reserves the right to modify pricing without prior notice.
4. Ticket Terms
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Each ticket is valid only for the specified number of days purchased.
- Lost or damaged tickets/wristbands will not be replaced.
- Ticket benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or other considerations.
5. Code of Conduct
- Attendees must comply with venue safety regulations.
- Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without compensation.
- Photography and videography for personal use are permitted unless specified otherwise.
6. Liability
The organizers are not responsible for:
- Personal belongings or any loss/damage to personal property
- Any physical injury during the event
- Changes to event schedule due to circumstances beyond our control

- Payment information is processed securely and not stored on our servers.
