1. No-Refund Policy

The North East Cup Playoffs 2024 operates on a strict no-refund policy. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. This policy has been implemented due to the nature of the event and the limited availability of perks and benefits associated with the tickets.

2. Ticket Validity

• Tickets are valid only for the specified dates purchased
• Tickets cannot be exchanged for different dates
• Benefits associated with tickets cannot be redeemed for cash value

3. Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event of complete event cancellation by the organizers:

• Full refunds will be processed automatically
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method
• Processing time may take 7-14 business days

4. Exceptional Circumstances

The following situations do not qualify for refunds:

• Inability to attend due to personal circumstances
• Weather conditions (unless event is officially cancelled)
• Changes in event schedule or lineup
• Lost or stolen tickets

5. Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments, our authorized payment gateway partner.
• All transactions are secured and comply with RBI guidelines.
• Transaction fees are non-refundable.
• Chargebacks will be contested with evidence of this policy.
